  David, Anne and the team at Millennial Home Loans made our experience of buying our first home, very easy. David is very knowledgeable about the whole process and he takes time to explain the details that we didn't understand, he's very easy to talk to and he's really concerned about helping people get their home. As first time buyers we had lots of questions and David and Annie were always willing to answer our questions and to give solutions. Very pleased with their service.   I would highly recommend David to my family and friends. While searching for my loan I was comparing two mortgage companies and David at Millennial homes. The two mortgage companies want to get me into a conventional loan, which would’ve been fine. But David took the extra step and found a zero down loan for me that worked in the area I was purchasing the house. He’s always there to answer the questions that i had. He will guide you through the whole process and you can trust him.

  I've worked with David on USDA and FHA Mortgage Loans over the past 10 years and was extremely impressed and satisfied with working with him. On this last mortgage, David was able to get my loan through in less than a month. David's willingness and availability to discuss any aspect of the lending process at just about any hour of the day really helps to take the stress out of the mortgage process.   Millennial home loans was by far the easiest lender I've ever dealt with!! David and Anne were always very responsive and made the mortgage process a breeze. Millennial beat my normal bank's rate by almost a whole percent. It was my first time using a mortgage broker instead of my everyday bank and I am very glad I did. Highly recommend Millennial for your mortgage needs. I recently refinanced (Nov 2020) and David and Millennial Home loans made the mortgage experience quick and easy. This was my second experience with this lender and everything went very smooth. David is very responsive to emails and if any issues arise they are quickly resolved.   My family and I moved to Maryland from Louisiana, and we needed to purchase a home from a distance. It was a daunting task to consider, especially since it was our first time buying a home. After my first conversation with David at Millennial Home Loans, I was much more confident about the process. Pre-approval was simple and easy, and when the paperwork portion of the process began, David and Anne held our hand through the whole thing. Their online paperwork system also made much of this work rather simple, as it allowed us to sign documents electronically. We chose to go with a USDA RD loan, and they did a great job accommodating all the back and forth involved when working with the government. In each interaction with David or Anne, I really felt like they were on our side trying hard to get us into our new home. I highly recommend Millennial Home Loans, David, and Anne to anyone who is planning to purchase a new home.

  I worked with David almost a year ago when I finally decided to buy a house for the first time. I was encouraged by the very low rate of the market and did not know where to start. I was reading online and asking for some tips from friends who also bought a house for the first time. I found David by luck while browsing through loan options on the web. I was interested on the USDA loan, and none of my friends have any idea about it. The moment I began working with David I knew that I can trust him. He is very attentive to my questions and is very easy to contact. I worked with him until I finally bought my house for maybe six to seven months. He is not only interested for you to buy a house, but he also gave me some financial education of some sort that helped me a lot in my home-buying. My experience of the process became very tense because of the Covid situation, there were delays that made it complicated. I could not thank David enough for being so responsive whenever I have questions. I even remember that he answered my call on a Sunday during his son's soccer practice. His work with Ann on my documents were superb. Every time I submitted documents, they were worked on right away, and submitted speedily to concerned agencies. David looks out for the best interest of his client. A day before my closing date, there was supposed to be another computation issue that would delay further my closing, but David saved the day! He literally went out of his way just to make sure everything goes as planned. He lowered his professional fee just so that the amount on the closing document won't change anymore. If he did not do this, there was a serious risk that the seller of the house would back down because of the delays, which was not anyone's fault, but due to the Covid situation (when agencies moved so slowly because of manpower, etc.). Again, I could not thank David enough for the great experience! I bought the house that I wanted, on the price that was okay with me, with the kind of loan that I wanted, with a low loan interest rate that I got. Thank you very much David!

  Prior to this transaction, we've purchased (and financed) five homes in four different states. This 6th one was the hardest, and I'm not sure we could have done it with anyone but David Zuckerman. The pandemic, moving to a new state, changing careers, and some issues with our credit report created a really complex loan problem. David was simply fabulous throughout. He was professional, engaging, reassuring, and patient in what was at times a difficult transaction. He's also smart, funny and acted throughout like a concerned financial advisor as much as a lender. If I ever have to do this again, David is on my speed dial. And I would (and have) recommended him to anyone in the mid-Atlantic needing home financing. Great job.
