      We've always had pleasant experiences at that bank, both in terms of tellers and relationship bankers. We've set up safe deposit boxes, changed our names after marriage, and opened new accounts at this branch. All of those transactions went smoothly and we were treated with respect. This branch is one of the reasons we'll be getting our mortgage through M&T (they had a competitive interest rate, but we chose them over a slightly better rate because we can trust them).

      The tellers were absolutely so kind and friendly. I had my two-year-old son in my seven-year-old daughter with me for which my two-year-old did not want to listen I would just cry. One of the tellers came over with lollipops and offered them one and even sat with them that way I could take care of what I needed to take care of. Every experience so far has been absolutely wonderful.

      Very happy with this branch and M&T as a whole. They have taken care of by personal and business needs for 17+ years. I read some of the other complaints and posts and cant agree. Everyone is nice, they great you when you walk in the door, the manager is available when needed.

      The WORST banking institution in the Country!!!!! Hand written requests from an idiot in the Riveria Beach branch, which I haven't dealt with in 14-15 years, requesting confidential information about my wife's name on MY account! After contacting Manager in Mt Airy, MD where we bank now, he took care of it. 2 weeks later my wife gets a letter threatening to CLOSE MY ACCOUNT id SHE doesn't respond! These people are total unadulterated IDIOTS! NEVER BANK WITH THEM EVER!!!!!
