  Jerry and the Crew are awesome. He is the reason why we have two investment properties, both bought under market price, which is insane considering what's going on with the real estate market right now. One of the properties was off market so imagine the happiness when we didn't have to go through all the hassle. Jacob did an amazing job by pushing and keeping in touch with the seller's side. Regarding the loan, they did such a professional job and were finding solutions where everybody was finding problems. All in all, it's a one stop shop if your looking to sell or purchase a property. They are communicative, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy.

  Millenia has been the one-stop shop for my real estate needs. Jerry and team has represented me on the sell side as well as buy side. When I needed to buy, Millenia miraculously found an off-market deal creating an opportunity that did not exist without them. Millenia team also helped handle mortgage needs on purchase and refi. The process was smooth through and through since the team consistently stays on top of things.
