If there was a way I could give zero stars I would. The finance office itself is a ghost town and their is no way they can process more than 10 soldiers without taking a 15 hour break. Completely messed up. Might as well get permanent housing while waiting for finance.

They are rude , when you take a job . The job title is listed. You knew your job consisted of having to communicate with people . As well as they never answer the phones .

The place is literal dog water, you can’t ask any questions in person without having a pay inquiry they don’t answer either of there phone numbers and there is always like one person working at a time.

No one answers the phone, good luck trying to get thru. Missing my back pay for BAH and my last paycheck. Better off trying to go in person.

I would give zero stars but obviously thats not an option. After countless calls and an email, I haven't had any contact with any of the personnel "supposedly" working here.

I've been trying to clear for a month and a half and I have sent some SSG PDFs over and over again and it takes forever to get cleared from them. Tomorrow is literally my last day I can get this done with 1530 being the due time and im actually worried they won't clear me by then.
