  If you are looking for a home to buy and need a loan officer, Milad and the Loan Goat team are AMAZING. In the beginning Milad would always tell me that they are purchase focused lenders, and after closing on our purchase and going through the process, I understand the value that this team brings and now I get what being “purchase focused” means. Before we even got our offer accepted, Milad was constantly communicating with the seller agent to help get out offer accepted. Even during escrow, his team was constantly in touch with the sellers agent and their team, reassuring them that our loan was on track to close. They understand San Diego’s crazy housing market, and their team allows us to close quickly which strengthened our offer. No matter how busy they were, they always made time for my questions and picked up my phone calls. Everyone on the Loan Goat team was a huge help! Customer service, efficiency, speed, honesty and knowledge, that’s what my family and I experienced with Milad and his team.

  Milad goes above and beyond compared to the average lender! He has been great at communicating with my clients and getting them approved quickly & with the best rates possible. He truly sets himself apart by working 24/7, checking in with clients and agents weekly, and calling listing agents to let them know how well qualified our clients are! In this market, it’s so important to work with a lender who works hard to get your offer accepted and who works 7 days a week, as real estate never sleeps. Highly recommend for any buyers and agents looking for a reliable lender!

  Loan Goat was a big help in getting my offer accepted. Their underwritten approval and 13 day close was a big reason why my offer got accepted! Milad and his team are extremely knowledgeable, and always available. I just closed on my first ever purchase and they made what is supposed to be a stressful experience, an easy one.   I would give Milad 10 stars if I could!!! Milad Shamoun is a lender I recently worked with as a listing agent. Milad was the lender for the buyers the sellers and I chose to go into escrow with. There were about 10 offers and I invest a lot of my time to make sure the buyer we are choosing is qualified to perform on the contract language the buyer agent wrote into contract and that they are very well qualified to get the loan. In addition, I make sure the lender that I will spend 21-30 days in escrow with is someone that is a man/woman of their word, is transparent and will follow up and follow through with great communication the whole escrow through close. Milad stands out in a crowd of tens of thousands of lenders. He made the loan process so simple, kept me in the loop every week with updates so I could give my sellers confidence and on a VA loan that often takes lenders 21-30 days, Milad performed in 2 weeks. If you are a buyer in this crazy market, you want a lender like Milad to give you best chance for a WIN! And if you are a listing agent in this market, you can't go wrong when Milad is on the front lines of the loan process. Thank you for making me and my sellers life easy and living up to your word!!!

  Milad helped me finance my first flip using a hard money loan. We didn’t need an appraisal and he closed the loan in only 1 week. There were more than 20 offers on the property and a big reason we got our offer accepted was because with Loan Goat’s hard money financing, the offer is as good as CASH!! Not only did he help us with financing, but he played a big part in the general contractor we chose. We are bidding on more properties already, thanks to Milad and his knowledge of real estate.

  Milad and the Loan Goat team are some of the most talented and experienced professionals I’ve come across.   Where to start with Milad and his amazing team and network… all I can say is WOW. They are the BEST, most hard working, extremely knowledgeable, around the clock, whatever, whenever EXPERTS! It all began 6 months ago. We were going to sell our home with a family friend, but Milad advised me that not all Realtors are created equal and that hiring a true expert to get us top dollar was essential. He referred me to Lee Shaprut. Lee came in and took charge from day 1. Because of his expertise & everything he did to market our home properly (yard work, staging, timing, & much more), we were able to get an all CASH six figures above asking offer! In the last month, Milad and Lee were able to help us get our offers accepted for THREE multi-family properties in a market where it’s practically impossible to get your offer accepted.
