  Good day, could you suggest a protocol to speak to an associate by phone? I have tried 8 times calling and no one answers. Please advise as soon as possible. Important information needs to be discussed over the phone. An online banking representative has indicated this is an issue to discuss directly with my bank branch. Please Advise. Thanks

  Hoping to re-locate banks and our two experiences here have been dreadful - and all come down to TERRIBLE management. Looking to open an account and transfer a sizable deposit, the Manager gave erroneous info over the phone (regarding a Notary Public); then wandered around the floor while we waited over 30 minutes at a desk, watching him chit-chat while we were repeatedly assured "He'll be right here." Eventually had to have to corner him (yes corner him), to be told "I'll check", wait another ten minutes and then an underling reports "He's on a conference call so how can i help you?" She couldn't. Time for B of A to spin the management wheel on this branch!

  I went here today just to get a voided check to set up my direct deposit, the guy that helped me is an Relationship Manager named Ian such a nice person, such a nice guy I have no words, he gave me all the info in seconds and was very professional, plus the bank is one of the nice ones I've seen around!

  Wife had a large check to cash and they said that they did not have enough funds ((WHAT))!!! When she asked where or what to do, there response was (I don't know what to tell you). Terrible customer service
