  I have worked with Jessica McNaughton on multiple occasions related to both home and auto claims. By the time I contacted my agents office first thing in the morning after hitting a deer late at night, Jessica had my claim initiated, contacted multiple auto bodies finding the most appropriate for us, and a rental secured before my sons mid morning snack. She is dedicated, organized, and efficient to an extent I have found remarkably impressive. I could not have been happier with the service provided by Jessica and her office. She was understanding, relatable and committed to providing the best service she is capable of. So very grateful.

  Our agent Bob Swan was very kind and extremely helpful, I was new to getting my own insurance and he walked me through everything and made it easy to understand and I didn't feel like he was over selling like other services usually will do to someone who's new. He was extremely responsive and always easy to speak with.

  Bob Swan was very helpful with the set up of a Life Insurance policy, not only answering my questions but introducing me to Mike Yates, who discussed the different types of insurance, walked me through the application and documentation of the policy.
