  Austin was top-notch. During a tumultuous time where interest rates seemed to be rising 100 basis points by the day, he was able to lock in our rate way below what was being published by most lenders. When my home was in the process of getting a new septic system installed a few banks were not comfortable appraising until completion (delaying close). Austin was able to adjust quickly and find a well respected bank to get the deal done. If you need a broker, Austin is your guy.

  Austin is incredible! He educated me on the market trend regarding rates. Because of his input and flexibility, my wife and I locked in timely and saved financially. Austin’s response time is unparalleled. During this historically stressful event, he was there for reassurance. To top it off, Austin sat next to my wife at closing and explained every document.   Recently completed a complex refi with Austin, and the transaction was flawless. Main Line Mortgage worked with us to custom fit the best terms to suit our needs, and was there throughout the entire process to make sure everything was completed on time. We were shopping around but found the best rates with Austin. Plus having someone local who could actually assist with uploading documents and was available to discuss options, IN PERSON, was a huge bonus.   As a first time home buyer, there are a lot of questions that come along with obtaining a mortgage and purchasing a house. Throughout the whole process, Austin was available to answer any questions that I had and always took the time to walk me through each step of the process in great detail, no matter how small the question may have been. Knowing that he was available every step of the way helped keep my mind at ease and we were able to get through the process smoothly.   This is a review from a year ago. I was all over the place with my research on mortgage rates ( online, banks and private loan programs). I am a first time buyer and a friend referred us to Austin. It was covid so we never got a chance to meet in person. My god he was so warm over the phone and every time, I am panicking about a thing, Austin was always there to calm me down. He got me unbelievable rate and always stood by you no matter what. I referred a friend and he liked him as well. Will work with Austin again in the future.
