  We highly highly recommend Mike! Where to begin as first time buyers we had a lot of questions and a lot to learn. Mike worked with us through various scenarios and options that would be most suitable for us and advised us on the options available. Most lenders won't take the time to explore all the options that favor you the buyer but he did he was available on weekends and answered our calls. Most importantly he worked judiciously up until the very last minute on options that would give us discounts and keep more money in our pockets! For that alone I would say if your buying a home you need Mike in your life!
