  We loved our experience with Cross Country Mortgage. We got regular updates on the status of our mortgage request. After our request was approved we got weekly updates, really personalized service. We had plenty of questions during the process, but our Loan Advisor Mike Prenesti would answer our questions quickly. We often got calls from Mike just to see if we were comfortable with the process.
