  I used Joel in 2019 when I purchased my first condo as a first time home buyer. He was instrumental with the whole process especially that I didn't have any real estate agents representing myself and my landlord who I purchased the condo from. As my lender, he was very informative with my loan process. I am the type of person who constantly asks questions, confirmations & discussing different scenarios. Joel was so helpful.
