  I highly recommend Axia for your home loan needs. Amy Julien and her team are rockstars. I discovered team member, Michelle Campbell, by way of a mutual customer. I reached out to Michelle for a personal home refinance and could not be happier. The entire experience from first contact to closing the loan, was very impressive. I give 5 stars in every regard.   Mike was a great asset to have throughout the mortgage process. As first-time homebuyers, he put us at ease by patiently answering all of our questions, responding promptly to all of our emails and provided us with a couple of different mortgage options to choose from. He made sure to stay on top of each step, respecting our closing date. The rest of the Axia team we worked with was also great ( shout out to Brenda and Stanley).

  Communication from start to finish and even after the home closed and recorded. All questions answered so we would understand. Eddie our loan officer was available even on Saturday, called or emailed us a couple of times to keep us updated on the loan process. Would highly recommend Axia Home Loans, aske for Eddie C.

  Heather was great to work with. She took the time to explain what was needed and why. When I initially began the process she went through different loans and grants I was eligible for, it was nice to have options and Heather explained each one. I have owned homes before and during the whole process it can be stressful, when questions come up you need answers. Heather always returned my calls in a very short period of time. That helped ease the stress and made things move along faster.

An important email from the processor went to my junk folder instead of my inbox. Eddie followed up with a phone call and the matter was resolved. The best part? We closed ten days early on my new home!
