  Mike Harrell has helped myself and multiple friends/family secure loans for multiple mortgage deals. Since 2016 I have had Mike involved with atleast 5 deals. Two of the deals were deals other lenders couldn't complete due lack of knowledge and experience. Mike came of with creative solutions that led to getting into loans that worked. I'd recommend Mr. Harrell to anyone needing great lending work!

  Mike is very professional and highly knowledgeable with every step of the loan process. My wife and I were referred to Mike for our first home purchase and were hoping everything would go smoothly and easily. Mike delivered!   We just financed our house with Mike. Mike is a calm, focused, no drama, down to earth, extremely intelligent Austin kind of business person you always dream of working with but can hardly ever find. Our loan was touch and go for a long while there but he was right there doing all that was possible to make it happen.   I have purchased 3 homes in my lifetime, and this last purchased was going to be the worst if i had not met Michael. He made a confusing, but simple problem just that, simple. The other lender was trying to make me pay for things i thought were helping me, after further review, Michael really enlightened me on what was really happening, He came through with a professionalism that showed. I would not only recommend him to friends, but strangers as well. Everyone needs a lender who knows this lending game, and he's the real deal.
