  I was recommended to Becca through a friend, I told her my goal was to buy a house before 30 and she was so helpful. When I chose the house it was still under construction and her and her team helped me through all the delays, concerns when covid hit, and just general first home-buying anxiety. When you have to constantly be in communication with someone over one of the biggest purchases you’ll make, you want to genuinely like the person and I do! Becca is very knowledgeable and not only answered every question I had, but fully explained what the process would be like before and after closing. Plus, the client appreciation get togethers are fun and she sends thank you cards and little seeds to plant flowers! 10++++/10 recommend!

  Becca and her team are simply the best at what they do. I thought that my last mortgage experience was great, but Becca and her team took it to a whole new level! Every Tuesday Becca would call and let me know the progress of the loan and was always available to answer any questions. Very easy to work with and she does make it fun!! Her team is awesome! Jaime is wonderful and five stars! If you want a seamless and easy mortgage loan, this the place. I can't recommend them enough!!

  My realtor referred me to Becca after I told him I didn’t have a great start with RocketMortgage. I tend to do EVERYTHING online so was originally averse to having to go meet a broker. However, Becca was absolutely AMAZING and I felt met me right in the middle. Before even meeting in person, I did an online application and then Becca just called to verify items or ask additional questions. Then, when we met Becca made everything so easy by going over exactly what to expect, clearly explaining things to me, and asking all of my questions from “what if I change my job in the middle of this? to why do my taxes seem so low?” In fact, when I finally found a home I was ready to put an offer on the builder offered their mortgage brokers with an incentive that they’d cover closing costs. I stuck with Becca because she of how she was making this nerve inducing, huge purchase easy by checking in weekly, explaining what each step and document was, and REALLY caring. I knew she’d be there every step of the way. She’s even been there after! Aside from making the loan process as easy (and fun) as possible, Becca gave me a personalized housewarming gift, Becca called me right before my first mortgage payment was due to make sure I received anything and is ready to help me in January when taxes come around. I would recommend Becca to anyone looking to purchase a home, especially if it’s your first or first on your own like in my case!
