  Working with a father - son run real estate group has given me the greatest experience possible. 30 years of Mikes experience in one of the most competitive markets, alongside new edge market analytics led by Trent provided every angle of review needed to make the best decision. Not only is this father son partnership charismatic in nature, but there was never a lull (weekday, weekend, day, or night) that the two of them were not on point with communication and non-pressuring support. I would absolutely provide detailed reference and referral to this group at anyones request !

  Mike and Trent Cady are the best team in Southern California. They are willing and able to compare properties throughout San Diego and explain how each property I was interested in could benefit me long term. Trent, AKA Mr. 24/7, showed me different places late in the evening, and then first thing in the morning the next day to accommodate my work schedule, and was happy to do so. I would recommend this team to anyone

  My wife and I made the decision to work with Mike Cady Realty Group after writing 3 unsuccessful “swing and miss” offers working with 2 different agents in the North County (SD) area. Our opportunities to win accelerated as soon as we met with Mike and Trent. They did an exceptional job of understanding our living space needs, and desired locations (schools, recreation etc) for our family; we had their commitment to find us a home but the main difference between Mike/Trent and the other agents we worked with is their words and actions fit. In less than a week, Mike/Trent produced a bona fide OFF MARKET listing which absolved us of any further lengthy search or bidding war. Not only did they find us 1 off market home then a second OFF MARKET listing emerged which turned out to be an even better fit for our family!
