  Michael Leiby and his team at Avant Capital did an amazing job getting me a great re-fi deal from Quicken Loans/Wholesale side AFTER Quicken Loans/Consumer branch had turned me down over an ultra persnickety contra detail of a bureaucratic nature. Even more amazing is the fact that Avant Capital got me a lower rate of interest PLUS lowered my "cash needed from borrower to close" from over $5000 down to $3200. I highly recommend Avant Capital and intend to do do my next purchase deal with them!
