Mike follows-up quickly and is honest with buyers about what he can do for them. Previously Mike and I closed an FHA purchase in only three weeks from start to finish. Another time I was working with a buyer and her lender was charging an astronomical amount of closing costs and not communicating. We were able to move her FHA loan to Mike and he closed it in two weeks for significantly less in closing fees and nearly a percentage point lower interest rate.
