  My situation was a little different as I was not ready to buy a house , my landlord wanted to sell and gave me the option to buy. I was not prepared at all but that did not stop Brian and his team at Fairway from helping me get prepared and become a home owner. Now I am a happy home owner and forever grateful for Brian and his Team!
