  After discussing a refinancing option with Craig, we gave our OK to proceed. Craig started the refinancing process totally online. The online process seemed at first daunting, but Craig kept us on track. Craig clearly explained things where it was unclear to us keeping the whole process moving towards our target date. He sent us welcome letters, thank you letters and links to documents. Craig flagged documents needing our electronic signatures and he sent regular updates on the loan’s progress. The whole process ran much smoother than I expected. We received a “Clear to Close” email 10 days of process initiation. Yes, I would use Craig again for any future mortgage loan application. ...johnf
