  Jared worked with me for my very first mortgage and that made it the best experience of my whole home buy. He always answered all questions patiently and helped me understand this new endeavor. I always felt respected and that he cared. These days it’s hard to find someone who cares and always gets back to you and always taking his time to explain what I needed to know. Jared waited to lock rates and I got a good deal back then on interest rates. Even though I moved out of state, he still helped answering questions. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Jared not sure if I would have thought about buying a house again. Thank you, Jared!!

  Working with Midwest Mortgage was one of the best decisions my wife and I made when we were trying to buy a house. We had no experience in buying a home, and Maribeth took care of everything. She was amazing to work with and she was always prompt and professional with my wife and I. Any questions we had, Maribeth was quick to help and anything we needed to provide was explained in detail.   Our daughter and her boyfriend recently purchased a house from a couple that were selling it on their own. My daughter contacted Maribeth and I can’t tell you how easy she made things for them. Any question they had she was right there to help answer them and my daughter has very bad anxiety and she made purchasing their new home smooth. While the seller seems to be upset with the service of the loan company, our experience is directly opposite of theirs. Maribeth I believe you did a wonderful job. So, from my husband and myself, want to thank you for making this such an enjoyable process.

  Fantastic job! We bought a house without a relator so we figured it was going to be more stressful, but Maribeth and her son made it a breeze! Being a very stressful person I was asking tons of questions and calling consistently. They answered every question and answered all my calls. Knowing someone was there every step of the way made our process very simple and easy! I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us! HIGHLY recommend!!!! Amazing company. Amazing people.

  Maribeth is simply the best! When you cannot find any other lender to even return a phone call within the month, she is very efficient at responding precisely that same day she always answers the phone every time and works hard to get you the best deal possible! She makes the impossible possible!! Hands down the best! 3 times closing with her and wouldn't have it any other way!!!

  What a joke, we are currently selling our house to a couple who are using this business to get their home loan. From what little bits of info we are getting from our buyers is that they are doing all the leg work for the loan. The loan officer we are using is way more qualified. All we have to do is sign papers, he's been scheduling the inspector, appraiser and getting everything lined up for us, it has been so easy. I would never use Midwest Mortgage for my loan, I really feel bad for our buyers.

  Sorry you feel this way. When homes are sold without a realtor, the parties do save money but the buyers have to assume a lot of the responsibilities of the realtor. Normally the realtors would write the purchase agreement, schedule the home inspection, the appraisal, schedule the closing and order the final inspection. We have been in the mortgage business for over 30 years and pride ourselves in customer service and want a good experience for all our buyers.
