Jesus Ortiz1Worst place ever, no help at all to give me my debit card that I ordered to this bank address. I can't even begin to explain the situation I'm in to not have easy access too my funds. I have been a member with this bank since 2014, but I think that'll change after this experience. Thanks for making wait in the lobby for 20 min just to tell me I can't get my debit card.

Kent Leukuma1I called on Thursday to confirm Saturday lobby hours. The lady said 9am to 2pm. I get there at 1:09pm CLOSED. Drove over two hours to this bank to get a cashiers check to purchase a camper. Went home with no camper. Unbelievable. Will withdraw and close my accounts Monday.

Pat G1Wells Fargo is like the Wal-Mart of banks and this one is no exception. Slow service, constant turnover of employees. Only positive is that they are less aggressive at trying to sell you products than OTHER Wells Fargos I've been to. Find a different bank.

Reuben Lanctot1The Wells Fargo app is not working today and of course it is a pay day. I can't login to my account through a web browser either. Wells Fargo should have a rigorous disaster recovery system so that outages like this do not last so long.

Bender Rodriguez (Futurama)1The drive thru lanes are the worst. 90 percent of the time they are manned by one person on all lanes including commercial lane. Commercial lanes are the slowest of them all. These people act like we dont have businesses to run that they take their sweet time to manage the commercial lanes and they put the other lanes priority over commercial. Seriously...learn how to run a bank. Get more staff if you need to. One person to handle commercial lane and another to handle the rest. Stop putting people who are slow at their job at the window as well. Drive thru is suppose to be quicker. Slower staff at the counter cause if people have the time to get out of their cars to go in and handle their business then they are not in a hurry. Lets fix the problem instead of making it worse.

Adam Zondervan1Nobody answers the phone here. Communication is bad, also no longer accepts loose change, not a good bank to work with for mortgage loans either. Pretty worthless bank.
