  Lisa is AMAZING, COMPASSIONATE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, CONSISTENT, PAYS ATTENTION TO DETAILS AND VERY THOROUGH, to say the least. She treated us as if we were her family and explained the process where even our 11 year old daughter could understand. Everyone else wanted to run our credit and did not listen.   Was going to be charged 24 bucks.( 2.00 on every hundred) to cash a check. Went to Walmart cashed it for 8.00 Moral: If you can't offer competitive rates, people will go elsewhere ......EVEN IF IT IS A BIG CORPORATION!!!! J/S

  I’ve been banking with the Winghaven branch for eight years for my personal accounts and over two with my business accounts. Most recently went through the PPP loan application process due to COVID-19 pandemic. Our banker, Tia, went above and beyond her duties to help us. I received an email from her confirming our loan at 11:00pm. That really showed me how much effort she put into it on her end and I’m sure it wasn’t for just us alone. We couldn’t be happier with their services and love using and supporting this growing local bank. Thank you!
