  Craig reached out to me to inform me that rates have dropped since I purchased my home last August and it might be beneficial to refinance. He took me through a short process and reduced our interest rate 5/8 of a percent at a very minimal cost. This reduced the cost over the life of the loan significantly and will allow me to pay it off sooner.
