  This is a very friendly branch. They even wished me a Happy Birthday which is in 2 days! Jane is very efficient and knows customers and calls them by name. Very impressed!

  This is the most unprofessional people working in a bank I've encountered. They hang up on me twice. They withdrew money from my primary bank twice which was a mistake from one of their employees and now I have to incur the overdraft charges. Plus they insist that it is my burden of proof to show them their mistake so as to reimburse me. Awful experience!!!

Our branch manager Kathy has reached out and left you a voicemail with her direct line to call her back on. We called to let you know we are in the process of refunding both your extra payment as well as the overdraft charges once they post. We do need to see a printout showing your fees from your other financial institution because we do not know what they are charging. We are so sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. Please reach out to us at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to resolve this with you.

  This isn't my credit union and I would never ever deal with them but I am my grandmother's POA and this is where she banks so I have to deal with them otherwise I wouldn't. There are some nice tellers at this branch, but no one greets you when you come in ever and I always seem to get the same teller who has the personality of a dull meal. If she is going to be in customer service then she needs to be more personable. I was just in there to attend to my grandma's account and a comment was made by me concerning a situation that I'm dealing with re:my grandma and she stated to me "that's just weird". First off, I don't give a care about your opinion, secondly you can keep said opinion to yourself. I wish I knew her name but I don't, only her teller number. I will be calling her boss to complain. If I didn't live closer to this branch I would never go here!! I always seem to get this same dumb girl. I would never, ever, ever be a member here!!
