  Wish I would have done it sooner, when rates were a little lower. I put it off because I was dreading the process. From start to finish everyone was helpful and did not hesitate to answer questions. I would recommend Ruoff to anyone.

  Mark Reyher and his assistant Chelsea Lentes at Ruoff Mortgage in Terre Haute, IN are absolutely great to work with when trying to purchase a home.   We had special circumstances behind our refinance. Sheila was able to navigate the situation from the start. There was a glitch on someone else's part mid way in the process. Ruoff took control to still close us in a reasonable amount of time.
