Jeff Friesser5They're like the Chic-fil-A of banking. Great service and quick! Thinking about switching banks, if I can (Not sure of the requirements). I worked with Kathryn in the loan department and she worked with me on 3 different cars, and on each one she would respond within 5 minutes. Got me approved for each one, but I was too late to purchase. Also, all they will attempt to help with all the other/extra costs of purchasing a vehicle. Definitely suggest going there for a loan.

Randy Lusk5I just finished up my second vehicle loan through MAFCU and the service just keeps getting better. It took maybe 3 days for the entire process. We keep recommending them to all our friends and family as their are the best loan firm we have ever dealt with.

Rainbow potofgold5Although, I have had some issues regarding the fraudulent control policy. MidWest not having my correct phone number. Made quite a mess of a breakfast for me. The staff however, acted very quickly to help me out of a situation on a decline breakfast payment. I do live out of state now and could easily get a different credit union. I believe Midwest actually cares and they tried their hardest to help.. In this day and age. That alone can be quite difficult to find in any company. Thank you Midwest you are ALL 5 stars.

anderson wesley1Awful banking experience. Their staff is very bad about following up with you. I have been working with Ben and I am assuming he is not measured on his ability to get back to his clients. I have tried numerous times over the last few months to get ahold of him or at least get a call back. I guess I will just keep making payments on my loan, but it should would be great if Midwest offered any kind of customer service.

Alexander Lane1Didn’t get a bill for first payment for auto loan. Found a welcome letter in the mail and was able to almost create an account—needed to call in to finalize since they wouldn’t allow me to add My email. It was 3pm mst and they were closed. Got a late fee due to this that they refused to waive l, a $6 pay over the phone fee (what?), and was spoken to very rudely. I could have done more to be proactive on the first payment, but I have never had this bad of an experience with a bank as a new customer.

Amari Walker1My name is Yasmine Dixie, i’m Blocked from posting another review after the first one i left on your website. but I lost my card over the weekend and money was stolen off of my card and i got a new one and A Lady called me Named Yasmika and She was literally yelling and talking to me disrespectfully ALSO Accused my significant other of stealing my card and money. she also said that they were not going to keep covering me now keep in mind that this is a new account, my first time reporting the theft of a card so how could she keep covering me if it was my first time having my card stolen? saying she would have my account deleted and and my card taken from me, also accused me of giving my pin number out. this is not my first BAD review but this is my LAST before i go to the news and social media, to tell them all how you treat your fellow bankers. it’s absolutely uncalled for and unprofessional every other midwest i’ve been to has been nothing but kind BUT MEDICAL PARK DRIVE MIDWEST THE HEADQUARTERS AT THAT. The way they treat and dehumanize people who bank with them . If you hate your job that much get a NEW ONE! THANK GOD MY MOTHER TAUGHT ME TO RESPECT MY ELDERS YASMIKA, because you verbally attacked me via telephone so that i wanted to DISRESPECTFULLY DEFEND MYSELF. THANK YOU AND GOOD DAY
