alicia lashea1I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years I don’t appreciate the way the manager named Heather made me feel today and thinking about taking my banking needs somewhere else . I was walking out of the bank with 3 money orders and the wind blew them all out of my hand and they went flying away and I went back inside to talk to a teller about stopping payment on one of those that I didn’t find . The teller was a little confused bout which steps to take and stepped into her office to ask for help . I was standing outside her office while he was trying to find out what to do and I could tell she was was annoyed with both of us for interrupting whatever she had going on with some other people that worked there and she told me I needed to go check my car again and I knew it wasn’t in my car because I never made it to my car . So I continued to stand outside her office to hear what was going on and she proceeded to get annoyed with me for standing outside her office and told me to go have a seat . I have a right to stand wherever I want in the lobby . Just because she was annoyed doesn’t mean she can treat me any kind of way . If she didn’t want to be bothered she could’ve closed the door to her office . She did not show any compassion for me today and I could tell she was annoyed with the teller too .

Delfa Varela1So far nothing has changed with this bank . Thief no bank is charging check cashing fees during pandemic but... yes they do charge and the workers attitude is so poor This bank bank should be ranked 0 Also I have a really bad experience back in 2010 when they first came to florida

Seville Briggs1Horrible customer service . I see now they have a 2 stars . Their Tellers are not helpful at all . Rachel didn’t offer any type of other solutions . When u go in the bank people standing around. Took someone 5 minutes to get to me I was the only one there . They didn’t acknowledge me there until I spoken up . I will be closing my account with regions . Worst bank ever

Zac Biddle1I will never apply for a loan with Regions again. I was told there was a 2.25% APR for 60 months available for Auto Loans with approved credit before I applied. Once I applied was told it was 3.34%. The 2.24% was only available for 36 months. My credit score is 797 and I was already getting a 2.79 for 60 months elsewhere. The loan officer Deandrea Guy was either unknoledgeable or lied to me to pull my credit. Never got an apology or explanation as to why it was so much higher after she saw that I qualified for the best rates available. I ended up going with Bank of America at 2.29% on 60 months. These practices or lack of knowledge will never lead me to Regions again. I will be closing my accounts soon and moving my money elsewhere.

lyndria cooper1They closed my account without a real reason and taking forever to send my funds back to me. They tell me it will come and they don’t know how long it will take. It’s been over 2 months since my account was closed and yet to receive MY MONEY.. i will never bank with them again and i have told my family members to leave them.
