  This is messed up bank they won't let anyone get a loan and this people are never late on a payment cause it comes out of their account. This bank needs to be out of business cause they want to do people wrong when some people do make their payments on time every month.

  OMG.... All three branches that I visit are Mercer, Lancaster and Hartley bridge are GREAT!!! I have nothing to say but great things. The customer service I received when I visit my favorite bank is outstanding. Always a pleasant greeting and quick service. The Managers at the branch are so friendly and always interacting with the customers. They are like family. Also the ladies in the office, is always willing to assist and have great spirit. If you looking for a great place to handle your business, start with any Midsouth credit store.

  Yolanda at my branch on Mercer University in Macon, Ga is the BEST!!! Always friendly, efficient and very professional. Highly recommend this branch! Have been with them for well over 35 years / love them!

  They treat you so nice and they take time to learn who are personally. I was introduced to everyone there when I joined on the 4th of last month. I like their practices too. So far I had a great experience. Hopefully things will stay that way and just get better each month I'm there. The only things I would change is that they stay opened till 6:00 on Fridays and charged a smaller fee than $25.00 for needing to use your overdraft protection. 😀

  Midsouth FCU, has a very inviting atmosphere, the people are so friendly and helpful. They Always Remember who you are and you're greeted with a smile and by name. It feels really good To do business with an organization that is Focused on the Customer and the customers needs. I have been doing business with MSFCU since i moved to Georgia in 2010 and I will never switch. These guys are awesome. ❤️😃

  Absolute crooks. They added insurance to a vehicle loan i have with them. I have had my own insurance for the length of the loan. In their error the credited my account around $4000 in insurance charges due to their error but would not correct the intrest charged to the account due to their error. Do not use them unless you are ok with them doing this to you!
