  Have been banking here since 1986 and it was originally Heartland. While maybe it seems not as personal as it originally was, I think this is just due to the issues we face today. But I really like Midland and drive out of my way to bank here.

  I've been with this bank since it was Heartland Savings. The service at my branch is second to none even during the transitioning period. I am will cared for and the employees are always kind and have a smile for me. I couldn't ask for a better experience .

  Tried to cash a government / state check made out to both my husband and I, was told we couldn't, do to the fact I personally don't have an account with them!!! Now I'm glad i don't bank with them. Will never get my business°

  I went to make a cash deposit. I handed the teller the cash, after the teller deposited the cash, the teller grabbed the receipt, and i held my hand out to get the receipt from the teller ,but the teller put the receipt on the counter top. I think this is not acceptable customer service.

  I absolutely do not recommend this bank. Employees will use covid as an excuse not to do their job.
