  We had a fantastic experience! Chris and Jenna worked with us and we’re too notch. Every situation is unique with a refi and we were no different. They were thorough and able to coach us through the best options and were always available to help. Chris did an excellent job getting us started and gathering all the pertinent info. Jenna set everything up for a super smooth closing. Highly recommend!

  I had a great experience with Midland Mortgage. I worked with Jaclyn Branham and she made it very easy to communicate. Any issues or questions along the way were answered promptly and with very great detail. I would highly recommend this company when buying a home. I will be working with them again in the future.

  I absolutely love Amber! So glad my realtor referred me to her. She was also so sweet, caring and professional since day one. She never made me feel that she didn’t have time to answer my questions. Once our offer got accepted Amber hit the ground running processing the loan. It was kind of overwhelming at first but looking back now I understood why she processed so quickly. Any issues that occur she was able to tackle them in the beginning of the process rather than later. Carla and Heidi ended up picking up my loan in the middle and these ladies were awesome as well. Always were there to answer my questions and provide constant updates. Thank you all again for your professionalism and your speediness on getting my loan closed 💜

  Jaclyn the loan officer is inept and the vice pres, Cathty, isn't much better. Cathy will avoid her vm and not return calls. I tried to get my money for appraisal back, once appraiser was unable to complete work..I think bc he was too big to get into my crawlspace...They kept a percentage and tried to explain rationale. I wud avoid this company if possible. I plan to use another company.

  First of all, I would like to thank God for blessing me as a First Time Home Buyer!!! Mostly, I have to say thank you so much to Mrs. Beth Cleary of Midlands Mortgage Corporation. She is the absolute best Loan Officer anyone could have. Very professional, persistent, and most of all she gets it done with no problem! She is very responsive. She kept me updated on any and everything involving my file. I call her "Mrs. Make it Happen" she is very friendly, caring, compassionate about her job, and she gets it all done in no time. I have heard several stories about first time home buyers. However, my experience was great with Midlands Mortgage Corporation. I am glad that I was able to have such a wonderful experience with Mrs. Beth Cleary and the rest of the staff. I highly recommend Midlands Mortgage Corporation if you are ever really interested in becoming a homeowner!
