  Heath Goodrich saved us thousands of dollars on our loan (that we started with another lender) because of his extensive knowledge of VA loans. He and his staff responded quickly to any calls or emails. He personally spent considerable time walking us through the process of a construction loan converting to a VA loan, but this could just as easily be applied to a conventional loan. We couldn't be more impressed or thrilled with our experience. Ours was not an easy situation, and he worked hard to make sure he had all the documents from the builder required for the loan. He also turned this around very fast because he has lawyers who he trusts and works with who can expedite the title search, etc. He has a great team that works together to provide an expedient, worry-free loan process. We are closing sooner than expected and at a much better interest rate than our other lender could offer. I can't say enough about him and his staff.

  Amazing service! I used my VA loan and they worked so hard to help me find a house! They kept their word and I love how they are real local people who give back to the community.   The Lending Path team were excellent to work with. Heath helped us secure a mortage that would minimize rates and closing cost. He presented the various options to us and we choose what was right for us. Heath was very professional and consultative. Lisa helped us get the necessary documentation in order with their online system. When additional information was needed she communicated very effectively with us and the lender. Overall, we were able to secure a great mortgage and close in less than 3 weeks. Will work with this team again on next property.

  I would greatly recommend Lending Path Mortgage to any first-time home buyer especially if you are using va loan and please ask for Erica West. If I could rate anyone more than 5 star, it would be Erica. She was so helpful from day one of my home buying process. I still don't know how she was able to get everything in this tedious process done within 2 weeks!!!! She was so helpful and you would not believe the interest rate she got me. She is just excellent... Thank you soo much Erica!!!!

  My wife and I just bought our home and we were recommended to Lending Path. Josh and Heath were great! We were able to do everything online and never had to take time away from our busy work schedules to make a trip to sign papers or the like, though they were more than willing to do so if we needed. They got us pre-approved and looking for a house in our price range in no time. And when the time came to close on our new home, Josh was there right beside us on the day. We would definitley seek them out for another mortgage if the need ever arises!

  In my wife's and I opinion, Heath Goodrich and Lending Path Mortgage are the premier mortgage brokers in Columbia and all of the Midlands of South Carolina. We had originally financed our home through a bank here in Columbia nearly 13 years ago. Since I had retired early and I no longer had a consistent income coming in, nobody wanted to refinance our home loan when interest rates were much lower than our existing home loan. Initially, Heath Goodrich was not even able to do so. However, Mr. Goodrich stayed on top of the changing laws in the mortgage industry and when an existing law was changed that would allow us to refinance our home loan, Heath Goodrich contacted us and secured us a new home loan. Thankfully, within a few weeks interest rates began to rise again. Due to his attention to detail, Mr. Goodrich and Lending Path Mortgage saved us a bunch of money!

  We were working with Kelly Hall who once under contract on a pre approval she gave us totally ghosted us and our realtor. Would not read our messages on messenger nor return our calls. Only weeks later to finally respond via text and say sorry she can not help us! I definitely would NOT recommend this company or at least not recommend her.
