  Friendly, professional staff. Greets you with a smile inside and at drive thru. Best banking institution I have ever had. I recommend Midflorida to my family and friends. Many of them have transferred to Midflorida.

  This is a great branch. The drive thru ATM has been causing some problems for quite some time and it hasn't been fixed. Sometime you have to put your card into the machine 10 or more times for it to accept it. Completely unrelated... What is the yellow salt for the popcorn called?

  I have been a Mid Florida member for over 20 years and this location is by far the best I've ever been to. Because the credit Union cannot handle trust funds, Jeff went of his way to call another bank to ask questions for me so I was able to get one done. Not only did he wait for them to return his call with the info, he actually called me back to let me know what I had to do to get it done definitely did above and beyond his Call of Duty. I see now why he has so many awards in his office great job Jeff!

  I have banked with Midlforida for years, it has been my only bank that I've used. I have never had any issues with Midflorida. The only reason i did not give this branch a 5 star is because of their associate that works here names Rosie. I came in with my fiance to speak about joining accounts. She was very rude and just had the attitude that she did not even want to be there. She informed me i would need the other person that is over the account there to sign off on me adding my fiance, i informed her i previously called and they said i didn't need that. I guess she got irritated by what i said and informed me quickly that, that wasn't true. She told me she couldn't help because my fiance did not have his Drivers license with him but he had his passport on him, she then proceeded to ask why doesn't he even have his drivers license on him in the first place. Due to my encounter with Rosie, i am considering closing my bank account and going else where.

  I came in with a couple stacks of rolled quarters thinking okay we're going to have to count these out just to prove I'm not trying to scam. But they have a coin machine there. It was a great help.

  Lobby is open. Can use tellers for basic transactions, can also meet with an associate to open account or make changes to your account.
