  I lost count how long I've been with Joy Morse but it's been a while now. I have both my life & car insurance policies with her office. I have only positive things to say, especially about their customer Service. Gina Gonzalez was super helpful in getting my insurance updated to include my new car. I rec'd a copy of the new insurance ID in no time. The price adjustment from old to new car was not as significant as I thought. I have great coverage at a great price.

  Melissa at State Farm is great! She is very professional, yet very personal. She is very competent and at the same we feel like she treats us like family. My limited experience with other people in that same office seems to be of the same nature.

  State Farm isn't the cheapest but the outstanding customer service I receive from Melissa makes it all worth it. I've been a customer for several years and she has always gone above and beyond to help me with any issue. I'm currently shopping for a new car and I appreciate her taking time out of her busy day to quote several vehicles I was looking at yesterday. She truly is the heart of that office.

  I have known Joy for almost 31 years. My parents have their car and homeowners insurance and I have my car and life insurance through Joy's office. This past July I lost my mother to cancer and when we notified her office of her death everyone has been wonderful with all of our questions. Every time we would go into the office they would sit and talk to my dad and whether they realized it or not it meant a lot to him and helped him start to cope with the lose of his wife(my mother). See they are not just an insurance agency they are family. Joy used to work with my mother as a RN prior to her becoming an agent so they have known each other for years. Thank you to Joy, Lee, Melissa, Stefanie and the rest of the office staff for always being there to answer questions or simply just to talk to us. It truly means a lot.

  I stopped by for a quote. In hopes to save money on my current policy, Joy and Cassie were able to help me. Not only did they me save money, but they were able to add a couple policies and better coverage. Fantastic customer service. Thanks a bunch for all your help!!

  I have been with state farm for 10 years, never missed a payment. Had a couple accidents. Was informed last week that I was being dropped in December for an accident in 2017. I got a policy with Geico that starts this month. I will not give another dime to this company. I don't usually write negative reviews but apparently 10 years of thousand and thousands of dollars a month, is worth throwing away for one payout. The only plus is how kind Melissa is, I will always love her because she is such a hard worker.

  Cody, We appeal all cancellations in the office, unfortunately when a policy is dropped or the rate changes we don’t have any control of the decisions made by underwriting. These decisions are made by corporate.
