  Slowest bank ever, I had to wait an hour just to get a temp debit card. The drive through is always backed up. This bank is brand new and already a 1.9 rating, that’s absolutely absurd. As a customer I shouldn’t have to wait one hour for a temp debit card. Closing my account today.

  Nightmare. Not one thing has been positive since this merger. I have lost days while people hide behind doors screens glass helping no one and staring at a computer screen. I left one star because they don't give you the option of zero.

  One of the onlu bank lobbies that wasn't closed today. Karla and Abel were extremely helpful and patient. Will definitely make more transactions here.

  Worst customer service. I called to ask some questions regarding cashing a check as non member. The bank employee responded as if she was aggravated by my questions. She also barely let me speak and by some "strange coincidence my called dropped". The lady used a rude tone during the entire conversation. I will most definitely not use this bank in the future.

  I took my 85 year old Mom to this bank branch to cash her $52.00 <interest check which was from SunTrust bank which was their check, because she has large Certificate of Deposits at that bank and gets the interest checks mailed to her. Manager refused to cash her small check even tho the check was a SunTrust check. Crazy! Wanted her to deposit the SunTrust Bank check in her account then with draw it out! Usually banks will cash there own checks! Manager was not every nice. Mom will be closing all her accounts. Mid Florida Credit Union will get all her business.

  Had to give one star in order to leave his review. Shiesta...may be spelled wrong...is the rudest person that they could have answering the phone at this location. Been a customer for over 20 years at this location, and for 5 years with my small business. It's impossible to be able to speak to the manager, as "SHIESTA" ALWAYS SAY'S SHE'S UNAVAILABLE, and then accuses you of yelling at her when you ask why the manager is never available. This bank should really look into hiring people that know how to speak to their customers and at least "act" like they care. I will be transferring banks both personally and with my business as soon as this virus mess is over with!!

  Transition to Truist costs the company money. New signs, maketing materials etc. They are definitely passing that cost onto account holders in the form of exorbitant fees and charges.

  There should be an option for zero stars. This branch’s staff is EXTREMELY rude. It’s not just me, look at the other reviews. SunTrust needs to RE-train their staff in how to politely and respectfully talk to customers.

  This branch has completely gone down hill. Been coming here for over 20 years. Now I am leaving. They even making closing accounts difficult. I went in today to close an account. And they literally told me to come back in 2 days. Absolute, opposite of what a bank is supposed to be.

  I’ve visited this branch a few times & honestly the thought of ever having to visit again makes me cringe. By far the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered! Suntrust on Shepherd Road is AMAZING! This branch sucks! I’ve never seen one employee smile or make eye contact. If I hadn’t visited the Mulberry branch prior I would never use Suntrust for anything ever again!
