  Mark Piburn is a joke. He lead me on for over a month and then just completely ghosted me, and never responded. Still never apologized or gave me explanation. I went thru the whole submission process of getting documents submitted for pre-approval. April 13 he called me on the phone, said what I would be pre-approved for and stated “later tonight or first tomorrow” he would get me my pre-approval so I could look for a home. Never happened. I texted several times, no response. Over two months later. No reply from Mark.

  Just a couple of words, to say what a fine experience I had with Mr. Mark Piburn. He takes the time in order to be sure every detail is correct. Therefore all the little kinks that can arise are straightened out. Mark is thorough, very patient, and over the top in his performance. He goes that extra, regardless of what needs to be accomplished and makes for a life changing outcome. GOOD GUY!

  Ask for Cyndee - she is knowledgeable, efficient and caring. She kept us informed about the process, what to expect and the status throughout the whole process. She was very proactive and made recommendations about what information to prepare just in case it was needed, and offered suggestions for alternative sources of some of the information (most of our paperwork was packed up in storage), but she didn't "pester" us about anything. I felt that I was a partner in the financing, and it was the first time (out of more than 5 house purchases) that I didn't feel like I had to drive the process. In fact, she offered an earlier closing because she and her team were able to complete everything early. And of course, the rates and terms were very competitive. I strongly recommend Embrace and Cyndee Smith!
