  I bank with a shared branch in another state. Called my bank previously to make sure I could deposit a check at this location and my bank told me exactly what I needed to do to deposit it through mid Florida. When I go in to Mid Florida credit Union, they tell me they can’t do it. After the manager asks a teller and calls another branch, she recommends I MAIL an almost $1000 check to my bank in another state. I drive 10 minutes down the road to PNC and they deposit it with ZERO issues. Save yourself the time and energy, just go elsewhere!

  I'm not a member. I just moved to Florida from the Los Angeles area and needed to get a cashier's check to pay the movers. The people here treated me as if I were one of their biggest depositors. Working with my credit union in Hollywood, they issued me a check in seemingly no time at all. Kudos to all who work here.

  I came here once with a lot of 20 dollar bills ,” it’s what a client paid me in after doing renovations to there porch and mother in law sweet” I was immediately treated poorly ,possibly due to prejudices or stereotyping.possibly just how they conduct business ,Im guessing it was the alarming amount of 20 dollars bills I had. I used a room in the bank to Physically county the money then handed it over to a teller . I also was told the money counting machine was broken after they feed my money through, it was then returned 400 dollars short. I informed, they conducted poor profeshionality and I stopped the conversation and proceeded to deposit what was left . I Despise this credit union. This all happened about a year ago but my comment was deleted so I figured I’d add a new one

  This branch Great personalized service. Especially kaisha assistant manager was awesome helpful friendly big thanks for her . Quick drive thru and positive energy. This branch makes the experience of a hometown bank a refreshing errand in my busy day. Keep it up!

  holyride1 fast ..I have the same exact issue as you with the payments with purchasing an new truck.. crazy. PLUS I was getting accused from MID Fl I didn't have truck insurance and was trying to add $2000 to my loan for 60 days for not having it. I had insurance literally the following day as I do my other 4 vehicles I own. Furthurmore a nationally top 5 rated insurance company I have...said MD FL and 2 others are the worst about this situation. I even had to get my car dealer involved, I had numerous emails and phone calls, same from my insurance company proving there was NO LAPSE coverage...very disappointing

  I met Ms. Tina at a community event in Longwood. She told me to just come on in and talk to her about what I needed/wanted from a bank and my goals and she would advise me what was best. She did just that and reassured me that my financial goals were attainable and that she would guide me each step of the way. It is comforting knowing that people in a position of service are not only relatable but understanding. I would recommend just stopping in on your lunch or whenever you have a moment, to go over your plan. She can/will help you meet and exceed your goals. If your looking for a new bank this is it!

  Service is truly lacking with this bank, bad communication also to make your auto payment it is $30 additional on their app / website, bank will not except a debit card for payment either has to be check or cash in person.. borrowing close to $100k on a vehicle i would expect better customer service! i will never bank with this CU again and will discourage every one i know to stay clear of this CU

  Staff are very friendly, helpful, and personable! They have way less fees and a checking account with free bank checks and cash back. They also have free popcorn by the door! They are also open 7-7 Monday-Friday (shorter hours Saturday) which is a plus! Would highly recommend banking here!

  Not friendly like your a pain for them..They did nothing to make any impression on me to open an account except that I would not since they are there just for a paycheck ..they could of at least been happy it was Friday after 3pm
