  Horrible customer service. Rude. They will not put negations in writing which lets me know they do not plan on sticking by their word. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  Excellent credit union and very customer-friendly branch! I held an account here for many years but recently moved of state, so I called my old MidFlorida branch and they were very helpful about helping me close my account so I could open a new one after I had moved. Sad to have left MidFlorida behind because North Lakeland branch totally blows away everything near me now.

  MidFlorida has been my bank for as long as I can remember. The staff is always courteous & pleasant. And I am blessed to have such a secure bank to handle all my accounts.

  I love Mid Florida and I would not think of banking at any other institution. I bank at the location on US 98 N. I have always gotten excellent service.

  What a joke. Use the drive thru ATM to make a $120 withdrawal and the machine completely shut down after entering my pin. Checked my account and it said the money had been withdrawn yet nothing came out of the machine. Immediately my husband went into the branch to inform the employees when he was told they have to send a technician out to count what’s left in the machine as well as review the camera footage. Cannot he trusted with your money. Far better options are available, my mistake for trusting the wrong bank, a complete let down.

  Awesome customer service and everyone is always so friendly. Nancy Miranda is my go to if I have any questions or concerns ; she’s very professional, courteous and receptive to courtesy. I’ve been a member now with business and personal accounts for 8 years now and will continue for as long as they will have me... Thanks for an amazing banking experience!!

  I had to come into the branch today for a new card because I forgot I had my card in my back pocket and let's just say it didnt make it thru the washer and dryer cycle. I always dread going into banks and post offices and places like that because of the lines but today with Ashley Dixon she was on top of it as soon as I walked into the bank and signed in and sat down she stopped what she was working on and came out to greet me and she had such a wonderful smile and just made me feel so welcome and like my time mattered . Ashley was able to help me right away and I was in and out in record time it wasnt even 10 minutes and I had a new card .....I will definitely be coming back to this branch . Thanks Ashley ...

  I am a customer of Midflorida and went by there to get change for $100 bill because you know most places don’t except bills larger than 50. They wanted to charge me two dollars per hundred to make small change. I have never in my life heard of such thing I If you can’t even count on your own bank to give you change what else are you supposed to do? Oh pay them a fee that’s right! would not recommend this bank to anyone.

  We use the branch office on Duff Road since it is the closest to our home in Zephyrhills. We love the staff here and have had excellent and caring service. We will never change to a closer bank. Thank you Mid Florida Credit Union for always being the best!
