Katherine Erdly2***NOTE*** EMAILING TO WE CARE DID ZERO. I sent them this back in February and still no response. Customer service You don’t realize what you have until you experience it 1st hand Until you are able to experience ones job inside and out are you able to understand all fields at play. Let me invite you in to my most recent banking experience. I have went from a 16 year consistent banking family to a whole new banking experience. My current bank is closing. Therefore I need to move my banking needs to a new bank. I was hesitant and quite scared but for the majority I have encountered a pleasurable banking experience thus far. Thus far meaning it came to a halt today. I experienced a teller advisor whatever u shall name her quite an obstacle in my encounters. I was trying to achieve several dilemmas in my path that needed attending to. Change of ach payments, ssi accounts, accessibility to online accts amongst other things. I felt like my entire visit was handled as if it was a bother. I didn’t have the proper representative/payee info documented, I felt as if I was segregated because my autistic son who was quarantined wasn’t of vaule, quite frankly the way the advisor threw away her business card in front of me made me feel like I had the blue, black, and every other plague imaginable. I also felt like she assumed all possibilities before actually hearing my story (yes I talk fast) but she assumed before asking my situation that I explained to her. I have no business opening fraudulent accounts which I get if I was the “owner” of Midflorida but I think scaring away the clients before they even get a chance should be frowned upon. I have been hesitant on moving our accounts due to inaccuracies on accounts prior and it just goes to show that within less than one week of moving our accounts one of the tellers cashed a $1500 check into a random person’s account?? This is the 3rd time this has occurred, and it was brushed off like no big deal... Will this letter get me banned? Maybe. Is that what I would like to see as the outcome absolutely not. Just please make everyones experiences with advisors to be a pleasurable one. I tried so hard to kill my advisor with kindness. It did zero good. I don’t know if she had it out for me what ever reason. I wasn’t wearing a mask, I was talking too fast, I was idk, but at the end of the day, I was charged with A $5 “lower” than limit fee. And her response was I’ve been granted too many fees. I only opened the accounts on January 26th in which I encountered the 1st fees? How is it that I’ve been granted too many waived fees? I feel like I rubbed her the wrong way and she wasn’t helping me regardless. In the 16 years of my banking with my previous bank NEVER once did they make me feel like this in less than one hour 🥲.

David5I'm extremely impressed with the service provided here. I am a long time customer of Bank of America but recently have not been impressed with customer service or limited access at the local branches. My wife and I needed to have some paperwork notarized and after visiting two closed BOA branches we decided to visit this Mid Fl branch. We were welcomed immediately and a service representative (Monica Curry) helped us notarize our documents. Monica was extremely patient and professional. Most banking institutions will charge a fee to notarize but because we had an old account with them, they did not. Because of this experience, I'm considering transferring all my accounts from BOA to Mid Florida. Thank you Monica for making this such an efficient and good experience.
Response from the ownerHi David, Thank you for the five star review and the kind words! We're so glad Monica was able to notarize your documents. We hope you'll choose MIDFLORIDA for your banking needs! -Rebecca

Luz Vargas5I'm extremely impressed with the service Ms.Grace Troise provided me here this few days. Ms Grace Toise was very kind and patience with me at all time. Ms. Grace Toise is very knowledgeable in her field. I was so worried and scare . Ms.Grace Troise gave me peace. She explaining to me what documents I needed it and give a call to verify and answers my email. How awesome is her communication. Thank you very very much Ms.Grace Troise for all your help and good experience.

Rob Fayas1Midflorida Credit Union advertises decent rates on your accounts, however, when you need your own money, they fee you on every little thing till the interest you made is well gone. If you have issues and want talk directly with some one, all their number for their branches are routed to automated call center and they call you back at their convenience. When I get call back finally, to discuss all these fees for one of my accounts dropping below 10k due to me having issues with my roof, they had their rules. So I'm out of luck. I went to local branch in North lakeland and spoke with assistant manager, Kelly Haley, and she was very pleasant and professional. But by this time I had already withdrew most of my money and they had already soured my relationship with ridiculous fees. My advice to them is loose the fees and get back your customer service. Folks like your assistant manager is what will make your bank successful and special.
Response from the ownerHi Rob, The experience you've described doesn't live up to the high customer service standards that we set for ourselves and I can understand why you were frustrated. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so we can work on improving. -Rebecca

Darren Cook1Went to get a notary, was there 40 minutes and left without it. I signed in to avoid the line, the bank manager for the 3rd time still does not have his stamp, told to get in line the lady that helped me wasnt a notary, told to go back in line. I thought by then my name would be called but they passed it up on the sign in sheet. I went across the street to CHASE we're we do our business banking and was in and out in 7 minutes. I'll be withdrawing from mid Florida and moving all accounts to CHASE. GO TO CHASE .
