      This particular bank is a disaster. The head manager woman Carrie is rude and always in a bad mood the times I have dealt with her. You can tell she hates her job by the way she treats the customers. My mom passed and we were visibly upset. This is where my mother always banked since she lived next door in long term care facility. Had to go in to speak about mom’s accounts after her death. The manager had no empathy for my situation and treated my sister and I like trash. I always wait a long time at this branch and get treated poorly by management. It is an absolute shame my mother banked here for so long. I hope she did not get the same treatment as my sister and I have received. Upper management should look into the issues.

      Their mortgage department is absolutely the worst. I shopped around for a mortgage, but noticed that midfirst has a first time buyers program, which I inquired about. I got stuck with Begum Ahmadi and she couldn't have been less helpful. When I asked her about different down payment options she said she would just have to run it. I said I wanted to do a conventional loan, with down payment assistance. She said great! I'll do a preapproval... then after BEGGING Begum Ahmadi to call me back and contacting the branch and the general email, she finally gave me more information (AFTER SHE RAN MY CREDIT.) She explained that you can't do a conventional loan and assistance with Midfirst. Which is a midfirst decision! She is literally the worst banker I've ever met. And I have met alot of them

      Went into the bank close to closing time, there was a line. Instead of employee helping the customers, they started getting ready for closing and locked us in the bank. After I got threw the line I wanted to make a credit card payment. I made the payment with a withdraw from my account and was asked what account my credit card was, the teller couldn’t tell. After giving her the last four of my card I was given a receipt and told the money was going to the payment. Checked my account two days later found that no payments had been made on my credit card, and no pending payments. Called the bank was directed to the credit card company talked with them, found out the money that was withdrawn from my account never went to the credit card company. Of course my money was withdrawn immediately, I am now being told they need to “research” the issue. With that being said, there is more then one issue. The Issue with what happened to the money, and the issue with me having to even go through this situation. I shouldn’t have to wonder wether the teller was able to do their job correctly or not.

      Mortgage Department is the worst! Would give no stars if I could. Very bad attitude. Never had anyone treat me like they were so superior. I don't know how this lady named Begum can keep a position talking to people the way she does. Definitely will not be buying/financing anything if she's the one behind it.

      I love MidFirst as a whole, but this branch is ridiculous. I went there to get a copy of a check (which the bank had actually already sent me once) and the teller insisted it didn't exsist. After waiting and waiting, the teller never even sent us to a banker and just insisted they didn't have it. Then she proceeded to tell us our account was negative (which neither of them were). After having a teller superior, they showed her she was wrong. She was rude and I am just so shocked by her ignorance and customer service. Went to a different MidFirst, get the check copy no problem. Awful service. Would give 0 stars if it was an option

      My father passed away in December and banked here for years. This bank has been a nightmare to get closure to the account. Multiple hoops and corporate blunders to receive closure 3 months later. Shame on you management.

      Midfirst bank is the absolute worst. Although there are many terrible qualities that this bank exhibits, the worst of all are their ATMs. Half the time they don't work, which is very inconvenient. Today I went to three Midfirst ATMs before I found one that was working. And it had run out of envelopes.

      Miss communication from employees!!!! My account was closed for no reason. I didn't have a charge off or anything. They mixed up my information and the account got close because of Information being put in wrong at the time of opening the account. Stupid reason to close an account.

      Maybe Jackie, tall dark hair, not sure. Was on her phone constantly and avoiding any contact with me. Very unprofessional and will not be coming back with employees like this. Maybe you should look into this?
