  Kat and her team were awesome in QUICKLY putting my house up on the market in such a short time. She was detailed in her correspondence regarding all the requirements and expectations for placing my house up for sale. This was my first experience selling a house and Kat was so patient and reassuring. She painstakingly went through 40 showings and like 26 offers over the course of TWO days. She definitely cares for your best interest. This was such an EASY transaction because Kat knows the entire process thoroughly. I will definitely recommend her to my friends who are looking to buy or sale in the OKC market. If I ever end back in OK, I'm going straight to Kat for all my housing needs.

  We had a great experience with the Kat Kosmala team! They were incredibly helpful with it being our first time buying a house. To make it even harder on them, we were doing it from another country. They were quick to respond with all of our questions and very helpful with the whole process of being first time home buyers. Highly recommend!

  My husband and I were first time homebuyers so we were a little overwhelmed. Kat and Mari both helped us the entire way! They provided some great referrals for us, and I feel like we barely did any work. It was a huge bonus that they have military experience and very knowledgeable about the VA loan. 10/10 recommend for anyone buying a house!! We will definitely be staying in contact.

  Kat and her team were absolutely awesome to work with! As someone who was home buying from across the country, they made this as easy as possible. Kat and her team were very attentive, and constantly checking in with me throughout the process which I really appreciated. The team is also very military friendly and conscious of what it takes to help out military members! I would absolutely recommend Kat!
