Clark Kent (Tokyo Superman)1Horrible customer service, rude, zero accountability and that's just the bank teller supervisor. Just indicative of how much banks don't give a darn about their customers (TO BIG TO FAIL)...

Hannah Shillington5Houston was great! They had computer/updates going on and he still took the time to help us and we were successful! Thanks man!

Jeffrey Langum1Absolutely horrible service. Ridiculously understaffed, cannot even help with signature cards, account questions or anything more than a simple deposit without you having to wait for absurd amounts of time or be required to come back days later. Customer service is abysmal and their tellers, such as Victoria, are both incompetent and dismissive when asking for assistance. There are too many banking options out there to be subjected to the awful service and lack of assistance, staffing and effort at this dump truck of a bank branch.

BIG BOUNCE OKC2My wife and I have been using this bank for quite a while now and it seems like every time we visit this location, the customer service is extremely slow. We are to the point now where we dread coming to the bank because we know that we will be spending at least 10 minutes in line. If there is ever a situation where we need to deposit money for our businesses, multiple properties, or even something as simple as cashing in our coins, there always seems to be some sort of inconvenience. I don’t know if there is a problem with management or Chase maybe needs to streamline their processes, but we are considering pulling completely out of Chase Bank and moving our money elsewhere. Today I visited this branch to cash in my coins during a time when this bank supposedly is low on change and was turned away because my coins were not rolled. If that were truly the situation, shouldn’t the business do whatever it takes in order to fix the problem for the coin shortage?

Brian Lambert5I love this branch, the branch manager Melissa helped me out with a huge account issue due to fraud, she was great and professional. As busy as this branch was I was in shock on how well she followed up on my situation, and communicated everything. Her staff is impressive, Lisa the Lead Teller, has a great group of Tellers who I got to know during my ordeal with my account. I will say one of the best branches I have been to, they have solid leadership and excellent problem resolution in which was not a bank error but mine. Only tip I can give would be given the traffic at this busy branch, they definitely need more staff both Teller Line and definitely at least one or two more bankers. Bottom line, great job Melissa, you have a great group of people, you should be proud.

Brian Zortman1I strongly encourage everyone to use any other institution before this one. 20 years of loyal patronage with dozens of accounts and services. This is a parasitic corporation with 0 humanity. Mid First is far superior.

Dustin Chew5I highly recommend using this location. I set up an appointment to open accounts with Chase, and when I came in I was treated with respect and my accounts were set up within 45 minutes. The manager of this branch and her staff are always nice and willing to help you out. I recommend banking with Chase and if you do use this branch.

Walter Holland1The Latino gentlemen double booked us for another banker while he was at lunch. So we waited for him to comeback from lunch just to find out he had another appointment. The gentlemen with the appointment actually informed us the Latino gentlemen would probably free up first and if so he would help us. He finished with his client and disappeared and so we waited for the time the other banker said he would help us if the client didn’t show up. Needles to say neither banker helped us by this time. Luckily there is more then one Chase because this one seems to be staffed by employees who lack professionalism to attend to and maintains the needs of all clients. In fact two other people left in anger before me and my wife and I did not understand until the moment I waited an hour to conduct a simple task !
