  Terrible policies, awful service and interest rates, can't cash checks through drive-thru without them hustling you for account balances. You'd be better off using any other bank cause their only real advantage is they have a ton of locations, past that don't use midfirst.

  The manager is very nice as is all the employees! I lost an earring and the teller actually sent messages to everyone in the bank to let them know. It was made by my 82 year old dad! It wasn't an expensive set just something that was valuable to me!! Good people here!!!

  Will not be banking here anymore deposited a check Friday and still hasn't hit my account. Screw that will be closing my account

  Great Bank, nice employees, fast friendly service. Great drive thru. The best bank in Oklahoma city. They are really helpful, and if you ever have any problems, they fix it. And they don't charge you for some things that other banks charge you for. And they are fast and reliable. I have used other banks before Midfirst bank, and none of them even come close to the service you get here. I have been a customer now for about 15 years. And I would recommend them to anyone. Some of my family use this bank too. And they love it too. I hope this was helpful.

  I've had a bank account with them for almost 2 years now I believe and I really like banking with them but this is the best branch ! The ones in Edmond aren't as good .

  The so-called assistant manager and manager need to train themselves in customer service. Worst I've experienced in a long time. Get this... After she was rude she asked if I wanted to open an account. What do u think I'm here for? I will go elsewhere and you should too!!! Good luck with this bank and rude "managers".

  Worst bank I've ever been to and when they hand you your money make sure you count it before you leave the bank to make sure they gave you the right amount
