      Rude rude rude. My very first time at this branch and they make me want to close all 3 of my accounts. Went through the drive through was "helped" by a guy teller who didnt even greet me. The first thing he said was "you need to fill out...." Im like okay. Then a girl teller comes on and says "what are you wanting to do! Then realizes that she is talking to the wrong customer. Seriously? What happened to "hi, how are you?" If you are wanting friendly customer service, do not come here.

      Not a customer of MFB but now I will never even consider it. Teller was extremely RUDE and even cut off the mike to my lane, while I was trying to speak. Called the branch to get her name and the Branch manger was able to help me.

      Been banking here since they were Continental Federal bank. I think I opened my account in 1982 and with MidFirst since 1988 when they absorbed continental. Never a single issue.

      No atm! This location does not have an ATM outside! Edit: But it has a 24hr. Indoor ATM.

      The people at the drive thru are snooty. I think that they forget that I can see them role their eyes at me. I asked for a cashier's check to be pulled from my account. That took 15 minutes. They gave me cash. So I sent the cash through to get the cashier's check and it took another 15 minutes.

      I’ve been a business customer with MidFirst bank and have conducted business with many of the metro locations for 8 years. This is hands down the most rude, unprofessional and incompetent staff in the MidFirst organization each and every time I’ve needed to conduct business there. I’ve literally left after long waits resulting in nothing accomplished after harassment (or laziness) over regular banking business with their tellers and immediately driven to the Moore or Norman location where normal business requests are conducted professionally, courteously and without hassle or attitude. I don’t write reviews but this branch needs a serious house cleaning of its staff and how they represent MidFirst.

      There's not much difference between One bank and another, at least as far as I can tell. They all pretty much work the same, and they all offer pretty much the same services. This one charges for checking accounts and other one doesn't. This one charges inactivity fees this one doesn't. If you're looking for a bank, look for one that suits your needs, and stick with them.
