  aggressively rude when i politely asked for quarters. I'm not interested in being treated like that so i tried to get a clear answer: can i get quarters if i don't have an account? i simply won't go back if the answer is no. and they should just say no cause they gave me the run around and talked about a coin shortage (which is over?) and then a manager came over and instantly started attacking me and then seethed "have a nice day". and they gave me quarters lol. i don't know what to think. but that's not how you should treat ppl, even if they don't have an account.

  So middlesex bank is the bank that novo online business banking goes through. Novo is absolutely horrible. They constantly charge my account twice for debit purchases. Don’t return atm fees which they say is one of their “perks”, and literally have no customer service what so ever.

  Great bank. I have a few accounts, am able to automatically pay my bills through them, they have bank boxes, drive through and they all know my name. Can't be beat.

  Well the hospitality is great in the bank but the debut card honestly doesn't do me any Justice but five stars to the employees of this bank in Davis square I give you guys five stars just for that alone

  I was interested in creating an account since I'm local and in the process asked if I could get change for a $20. They refused help me even though I had just paid a $3 atm fee at their ATM and sent me away to a laundromat.

  All people are friendly and nice, Cindy, Angela,Jenifer....they are so nice, really let me feel this is a neighbor hood bank, easy to deal.
