  Hot summer day thought I'd have to wait in a long line but...there were 3 friendly bankers ready to assist me smiling, happy and kn owlegable about every question and transaction I had. Thanks mid Oregon for being our hometown credit union.

  They take too long to wait on customers and won't allow me to deposit my husband's checks into my account. Terrible customer service. I am closing my account and going to WA. Federal.

Regarding your transaction, I believe our branch manager explained our check deposit policies and that they are in place for the protection of all our members.   On 11/16/20 we had an 11:00 appointment. Went in 15 min early and were told.we had to wait. Fine. Went for s drive and came back at 11:00. Waited and then were put in a room and waited 15 minutes. Nobody even came around around. Left. I can not deal with a bank that works this way.

  Couldn't be happier with this branch. I get all my needs taken care of without ever needing to go into the branch. I just email Tabatha and she takes care of me. Awesome service.

  Absolutely the BEST financial institution that I've ever dealt with!!! Very nice facility, always clean, always friendly, and very naturally personable!!! I absolutely adore all of the specialists, and tellers on staff, but the absolute 5 🌟 and beyond is Ashley!!! She will make your banking experience so pleasant and non judgemental, and truly professional. So, my recommendation, Yes, absolutely give this establishment a visit!!!
