  Amazing experience with friendly staff! Chandler was outstanding and very patient with multiple tasks at once. Very thorough on information and the process was easier and smoother than I could have expected. I was extremely anxious and a little doubtful in accomplishing my goals when it comes to banks. Chandler without a doubt made all of that disappear and was more than a pleasure to work with. I feel as part of the central Oregon community I will look forward to doing financial business as having a great connection with Chandler and even other employees.

  I highly recommend to anyone looking for financing, go see Chandler T. at Mid-Oregon Credit Union - Eastside location. She was truly amazing! Such a pleasure to work with her! She answered all of our questions, listened to our issues, and treated us like family! She made the new car purchase process easier for us to understand.   We went in near closing to inquire about setting up a checking and savings account for my son. Victoria Baxter helped us. I can't say enough about how impressed I was. Victoria was so friendly, just went to work and made it happen. It was a rush as we were needing things set up for my son who leaves Monday for a summer camp. This will ensure if he needs anything while he is gone, he now has a way to pay for things. Much of our banking is with Wells Fargo, it was so refreshing to walk in and actually have something taken care of right away. They even made it so easy to get my husband's signature via DocuSign. WOW and a sincere thank you to Mid Oregon Credit Union and Victoria for all the help!!! Thanks again!

  This last experience with the credit union was great I have banked with them all my life and always have had a great experience with them. This time around I got a new vehicle and had a great experience with Chandler she helped me with the process and made it so easy. I would tell any one to go to her for help, she was great at her job, very professional and great to interact with. Visit her at the east side location.

  We set up our HELOC with Chandler and enjoyed the experience. She communicated well and answered all of our questions. We had checked out a few other credit unions and decided to go where we felt most comfortable. Highly recommend!

  Chandler was especially helpful the last visit. I grilled her with a ton of questions, and in my case she was able to answer them all. I felt like she went beyond the normal level of service, and got me the best arrangement possible for my situation.

  Transitioning to a credit union after getting fee gouged to death from our current bank (HINT: Initials are FI and their colors are orange). Worked with Victoria getting our new accounts set up. Her customer service is some of the best I have ever worked with. Professional, courteous, and answered any/all questions with a smile. Very much looking forward to our new financial institution.   Chandler at mid oregon was amazing! She got my auto loan refinanced within 4 hours and was beyond helpful and happy! Her and all of her team are just amazing at what they do, and I’d be lost without my mid oregon people!

  We had a very positive experience, Chandler was extremely friendly and Knowledgeable, She had us set up with our HELOC in about a week. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Chandler or our experience with her. I would absolutely recommend her 100% to anyone looking to get a HELOC for home renovations. I have had previous dealings with Mid Oregon and I can say it is a great Credit Union and Chandler is an awesome person.
