  Danielle Jordan is absolutely amazing. She helped us with an auto loan last year. We wanted to use a local credit union. We have had a relationship with a credit union out of area for years but because of how wonderful Danielle is we are working with her again. She's knowledgeable, responsive, and really dedicated to her customers. We eventually will move everything we have to Mid Oregon because of her but for now, we will take all our new business to her. That wowman deserves a raise!

  Incredible customer service! Through and through those at Mid Oregon Credit Union go above and beyond to meet my needs as a customer and have always been immensely helpful. My local branch tellers make an effort to engage in conversation and it always is a welcoming place. Dexter at the Olney branch is by far my favorite as he always is in good cheer and friendly.

  I’ve been with Mid Oregon for five years now and have NEVER had one bad experience! They are always my go to, and every person I speak to is super kind and helpful. They make the whole process super easy! We’re stationed in Delaware, they are so easy to work with and very helpful with any questions! Mid Oregon rocks ((:

  We just finished working with Danielle to get a HELOC and the process couldn’t have been easier or quicker! She was professional, responsive, and made everything so easy. I’ve banked with Mid Oregon for a couple years and they have been great for all of our banking needs!

  Danielle and all the staff at Mid Oregon provide an exceptionally high level of service. As a business owner in Bend for over 20 yrs and during exceptional challenges they have gone above and beyond. Great hiring practices/training but Danielle in particular is worth seeking out for any of your account needs

  Love my mid Oregon bank! But I love their staff even more. Bank teller Kevin took care of me not too long ago and he was absolutely great. I had some questions on how to build my credit and Kevin said mid Oregon offered great programs to do so. Opening a business account with mid Oregon was a great choice. Thanks Kevin and mid Oregon staff!

  This is by far the best Credit Union in the area. Amazing customer service. Rates are great. Fees almost dont exist. Locally ran. Cannot recommend them more. Thomas, my most recent loan officer, is a delight. Super helpful.
