  Refreshingly uncomplicated and personable service. You really are made to feel like you are joining a family rather than -- as would be the case at a traditional bank -- just becoming another customer. Onboarding is fairly straightforwards, as long as you're on no lists for t3rr0rism. No handshaking due to the 'Rona... but you can lick random lollipops. Picnic table outside, and there are automatic teller machines. Adequate parking in the lot out front, though its layout is odd, having you park against the diamond-shaped planters' diagonal edges. No bathroom available to customers, because 'Rona.

  I must say the best customer service I ever experienced and seen was from Deo the manager from Lagrangeville branch. He always goes out his way for the customers and knows how to think outside the box. The best Service I have experienced. Polite and puts the customer first. Thanks Deo for everything. Eugene from the Newburgh branch thank you for always willing to help me with my transactions and giving me great service. Great experience from both branches. The staff is great.

  We love banking at this branch! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. It makes such a difference to bank somewhere where they actually know your name! We’ve banked here for years and are very happy! Ten stars!

  Brandon Kimball provided excellent customer service whenever I need assistance. He’s always very detailed, very professional and very courteous. I have both personal and business accounts with MHVFCU and I will continue to do my banking with them just because of the excellent customer service LaGrange branch provides.   ..we have been customers for many years for ourselves and our Business. The customer service we receive at the Lagrangeville branch is impeccable and personal. Deo, Brandon, Erin, and Ana are all very knowledgeable and make my visits to the bank a pleasure! I actually choose to go inside rather than use the ATM just because they are all so helpful! I would recommend this branch to anyone looking for a new place to use! Hands down!

  Customer service here is consistently the best I have received anywhere. Knowledgeable staff, personable, kind, and they remember their customers. You can tell they care about people and supporting the local area. We are fortunate to have such a good branch in LaGrangeville.

  This credit union is the best! Any issues I've had (lost card, etc) they've taken care of immediately with no stress on my part. All of them are very professional and friendly in the LaGrange branch, and the rates on equity and cd's are the best in the area.
