      Super helpful staff that made refinancing my vehicle loans at a lower rate a breeze. Want to add to this five star review. At this point I believe I have processed 5 loans through Mid Carolina at this location. All I have to say is WOW. You have some real winners in every single member of this team. If this one location is a reflection of MCCU as a whole, I don't think I will ever take my business anywhere else.

      Use their online services and most of the time it will lock you out, where you would have to wait until the next business day for them to unlock it. Debit card sometimes work. One of the bank worker name Charlene is very rude talking. She need to learn to listen first then talk.
