  I have worked with Bryant of Mid-Atlantic Financial Group since 2016. He is really so great to work with. Bryant makes sure I have the best available options. He is also so easy to work with, as well as professional and courteous. When I leave a message he calls me back within an hour or two and he always replies to emails promptly. Bryant helped finance my first rehab and was so helpful in showing me the ropes of the lending side. I have highly recommended him to other investors and I will continue to do so.

  The team at MAFG was responsive and professional for the entirety of the transaction. Questions were answered quickly and the process was smooth.   Every investor has his strengths and weaknesses. Every success story starts with finding the deals (my strength) but most end there due to inability to find funding (my weakness). Bryant Mason at Mid Atlantic Financial Group has taken the guest work out of find funding and allowed my to focus on doing what I do best. Flip or rental unit refinance I call Bryant first for fast results.

  I had the horrible experience dealing with Bryant Mason of Mid-Atlantic Financial. Please be aware, this guy claims to be a direct lender but brokers funds. His "under writing" consists of him trying to shuffle your folder in front of other lenders while he tells you his "Team" is working it and he will be funding it with money he directly manages. Blatant liar, not someone worth doing business with.
